All Pearl Everything

Right now, pearl embellishments are arguably one of the hottest trends. And for good reason! It's always refreshing to see a fun twist on a classic style. For me, my favorite article of clothing to be embellished is denim—jackets, jeans, skirts, shorts, etc! I have a soft spot for any denim that's outside of the ordinary.

Since pearls gravitate more towards the elegant and feminine side of the spectrum, it's appropriate to pair it with a more edgy piece. We don't want it to look TOO pristine, or else it starts to look a bit boring in my opinion. An obvious choice is leather! I paired an embellished pearl skirt with a cropped moto jacket, and it immediately brought the outfit from simple to outside the box.

Let's say you're styling a cotton article of clothing, whether it be a t-shirt or a casual dress. For everyday wear, adding a denim jacket is a good choice.
