4 Ways to Style Gucci Tights
Gucci tights are poppppin’ right now. I’ve had them on my wishlist all season, and really wanted to shoot a few different looks before spring officially hit. When I saw them on sale at SSENSE awhile back, I had to pull the trigger!
Obviously anything Gucci is a luxurious item, so adding them to an outfit just heightens any look. I wanted to show how versatile they really can be! With that being said, I showed how differently you can style an outfit with Gucci tights, while still sticking to the same, or similar, pieces! These are all great transitional looks for entering spring, too. Check out the four looks below.
1. First up, I layered the tights underneath a pair of oversized boyfriend jeans. This AGOLDE pair are my tried and trues. I wore a tight white t-shirt with a faux leather blazer. This piece is so luxe for its price point, you would never guess how affordable it is by looking at it. To accessorize I layered some gold necklaces and threw on a pair of trendy sunglasses! In each outfit, I’m wearing patent leather Dr. Marten’s. They’re SO versatile.
2. The next look might be my favorite, I don’t know it’s so hard to choose!! I put on a pair of denim shorts (also by AGOLDE, surprise surprise) on top of the tights. A mock neck bodysuit and simple black blazer with the sleeves pushed up complete the top half of this look. PRO TIP: put the bodysuit on before the tights— you don’t want any added pressure on the tights that may cause them to rip. I love the way the Gucci belt separates the top and bottom half of the outfit. Lastly, I’m wearing a simple gold initial necklace.
3. The third outfit is a chic blazer dress from H&M. In my experience, I found that it runs big, so size down! I left it bare underneath, besides a black bralette just in case it got too low! Plus it adds a nice little detail. I just discovered Kat the Label and omg, I’ve never tried on a better style bralette. I layered a couple Uncommon James necklaces, too.
4. For the finale, a black faux leather dress! I love the detailing on this one. It buttons all the way down, has a tie waist and one breast pocket. I left this look pretty simple, only adding a pair of chunky gold hoops (these go with EVERYTHING— I get so much wear out of them).
