Hey guys!! Hope you’re all staying safe and sane while quarantining.

With the closing of a lot of stores we typically stop at while running errands, I’m sure a lot of us are wondering where to pick up those random items. Whether it’s soap for your excessive amount of bubble baths, books to occupy some time, kitchen utensils for your new found baking hobby, or work out equipment for your state-of-the-art at home gym, I’m pretty sure you all know the online store I’m about to suggest— AMAZON, OF COURSE.

I created a new board on my Amazon storefront titled “QUARANTINE BUYS”. I’ve found a lot of useful items to use during this chaotic time, and also just a few fun ones to lift my spirits! Below, I put together a little collage of some of the items, but trust me, there’s A LOT more on my actual page. You should check it out with all this downtime! My Amazon storefront can be found directly at www.amazon.com/shop/modishlymackenzie OR through the shop tab on my site.

  1. Fuzzy slippers! Since shoes are kinda out the window right now… these are best sellers at the moment. They come in four colors, too… beige, gray, pink and burgundy.

  2. Atomic Habits by James Clear: Right now is an amazing time to further educate yourself. Love a good self-help book. This one is about how changing your habits can dramatically affect reaching your goals— just ordered this for myself!

  3. Wrist/ankle weights: How cute are these! They’re perfect for any barre/pilates/sculpt work outs you may be streaming in your basement.

  4. The best hand lotion: I’m OBSESSED with this Ahava hand lotion. My best friend, Jenny, got it for me years ago as a birthday gift, and now I keep repurchasing! It’s made with minerals from the Dead Sea and doesn’t have an annoying, overpowering scent.

  5. An at home tie dye kit: Looks sooo fun! I want to try this. You can use clothing you already have at home, like plain white tanks/sweatshirts/sweatpants, or even a light colored graphic tee would work. There are a few color variations of this kit, too.

  6. A knock-off Hermès blanket: I am SOOO excited for this blanket to arrive. Chic, without the price tag.

  7. Vichy Vitamin-C Serum: I’m trying out this affordable vitamin-c serum. It can also be purchased at any CVS, Walgreens, etc. Under $30!

  8. Matching measuring utensils: Anyone else been baking their life away? I have all mismatched measuring cups, so I found this adorable set.

  9. Blue light glasses: Staring at a screen all day long, whether a computer, your phone, or the TV, is insanely bad for your eyes. I know we’re all increasing our screen time these days, so you should definitely be protecting your eyes from blue light.

  10. A cozy loungewear set: I swear everyone is going to look back at Corona Virus 2020 and think specifically about matching tie dye sweatsuits. This one comes in a ton of colors & it’s only $23!

  11. Glass straws: Increase your water intake by drinking out of these fun glass straws! Good for the environment, too.

  12. Dr. Teals Lavender Bath Foam: I’ve been taking baths so frequently. I love the lavender scent, it’s so relaxing.

Enjoy!!

xo, Mackenzie
