Holiday Gift Guide 2018

Holiday Gift Guide 2018

If you’re struggling to come up with gift ideas this holiday season, search no further!! I’m here to help. I’ve been told from time to time that I’m the gift giving queen 😉 I love to get super thoughtful with the presents I give, and also make sure my wrapping and presentation are on point.

Below, I came up with a short list for everyone that’s important in your life. Whether it’s a significant other, family member, long time friend or even your furry family members! For siblings, you could honestly interchange for any of the lists (besides pets… unless you consider them a different species 👽 LOL, jk). Also, another point worth mentioning: if you’re a beauty fiend like me and hoard all your free samples, they are PERFECT for stocking stuffers for you mom or sisters.

For Her:

I tried to put together a list of items I already have, or would love to own. This is based on something a parent or significant other may gift to you. Some items that come straight from the heart obviously cannot be listed, like an all-planned vacation or painting with a twist! Get creative for your lady, the thought that goes into it makes all the difference 🖤

For Him:

Same for your mans! Something like tickets to his favorite sporting event or a concert would be amazing, plus a fun date night for you to enjoy together.

For Parents:

Most parents don’t even want anything from their kids— at least my Dad has always told me to save my money 🤣 So figuring out a gift for them can be hard! First off, a card is super important to include for your parents. I actually NEVER give anyone a gift without a card attached… to me that’s my favorite part (I also keep every single card I’ve ever received— talk about nostalgic). For parents or extended family, try to keep it practical or sentimental! Something they’ll get tons of use out of, so they won’t even mind you spent your money on them, or a memory they’ll cherish forever.

For Friends:

For friends, it’s good to keep the price point a little lower. I usually only spend $50-$100, depending on how close and long our friendship is. You don’t want to make someone feel uncomfortable by going the super extravagant route, because they may feel like they didn’t do enough on their end. I usually do sets of some sort, like skin care, candles or make up, or something just fun and trendy!

For Pets:

I have a dog, Tucker, so that’s the only pet I’m willing to shop for, lol. Dogs > cats. I love to spoil him too! Treats, festive outfits and toys will make your pet feel so included in opening presents with everyone!

Hope you all enjoy! Let the holiday festivities begin!!
